This Delivery Information page explains how orders from StethShop (operated by Vena Cava Ltd.) are processed, shipped, and delivered across the United Kingdom and internationally.
1. UK Mainland Delivery

2. Delivery Times
| Standard delivery | 2–3 working days |
| Express delivery (where available) | 1–2 working days |
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas, or major promotional sales.
3. Order Processing
We aim to process all orders quickly and efficiently:
- Standard orders: processed within 1 working day of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 2pm are processed on the next working day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
4. Engraved & Personalised Orders
Orders that include engraving or personalisation require additional processing time.
- Engraved items are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days before delivery times apply.
- During busy periods, engraving may take slightly longer, but we will always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

We use trusted UK couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

- Evri
- ParcelForce
- Specialist couriers for high-value medical equipment
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your parcel
- The courier used for delivery
7. Delivery Issues
(a) Missed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver, they will usually attempt redelivery or send the parcel to a local collection point.
(b) Incorrect Address
Please check your delivery details carefully. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
(c) Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier backlogs, strikes, weather conditions, or seasonal peaks. However, we will always help investigate any delays.
(d) Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost, we will open a courier investigation.
- Most investigations take 5–10 working days.
- A replacement or refund is provided once confirmed lost.
8. International Delivery
We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and fees vary by region.
- Customs duties or import taxes may be payable by the recipient.
- International delivery typically takes 5–14 working days.
