How our Price Match works
If you find a lower price on the same product elsewhere, simply contact our support team with the details and we will review it. Where the request meets our criteria, we will match the price, subject to the conditions below.
- The product must be identical: same brand, model, colour, size and specification.
- The item must be sold by a UK-based retailer, displaying prices in GBP.
- The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor.
- The competitor price must be publicly visible online (not a private quote or membership-only price).
- The comparison will take into account any delivery or handling charges, so we compare like for like.
What we can price match
Our Price Promise primarily covers stethoscopes and related accessories from trusted brands such as Littmann, MDF and other recognised manufacturers. We continually monitor the UK market to keep our pricing competitive, but if you notice a lower price, we encourage you to let us know.
Please note that we are generally unable to match prices from:
- Marketplaces or auction sites (for example eBay, Amazon Marketplace or similar platforms).
- Overseas sellers shipping into the UK where taxes, duties or warranties may differ.
- Promotional prices based on voucher codes, staff discounts, student schemes or limited flash sales.
- Obvious pricing errors, clearance liquidations or end-of-line stock where quantities are very limited.

We aim to review all Price Promise requests as quickly as possible and will confirm whether we are able to match the price, along with details of how to complete your purchase at the agreed rate.
