• Limit non-essential travel and favour remote meetings where appropriate

We want our customers to be able to make informed, environmentally conscious choices. To support this, we aim to:

• Provide clear information about products and their intended lifespan
• Encourage customers to care for and maintain stethoscopes to extend product life
• Reduce unnecessary part-shipments by consolidating orders where practical
